It was very clean and comfortable
Front desk person who checked me n had an attitude when I can back downstairs to tell her my card didn’t work

The location
The free breakfast was just cereal. For how much they charge for the room thought they would have a better selection for breakfast. The parking not enough spaces a couple of semis were taking up parking spots couldn't find a parking spot

It was a nice size room.
No carpet in room, could hear lots of outside noice, the fire alarm went off and we were out of our room for like 20 minutes.

Room was old outdated. Put me in a horrible room for someone with a disability. Carpets in hallway were dirty. Breakfast at 7 am. Out of breakfast items. Someone was screaming in parking lot late at night.

Housekeepers yelling to one another across the hall. Car alarm and fire alarms goimg off from 2:30 am to 5:00 am

I liked the comfort of the bed.
I didn’t like that the smoke detector in my room went off then the fire department came , just to be told my room was the room that set off the smoke alarm. Mind you me and my guest do not smoke. When we were all let in after the fire department left I tried getting into my room I was locked out I went downstairs and the overnight manager questioned me and my guest and said our room was the room to set it off and that’s why we were locked out of our room. Then he questioned and asked if we were smoking and we explained we don’t smoke we were just sleeping when the alarm went off at 3am. He reactivated our keys but we left by 4am because this was not a good stay we did nothing wrong besides have a faulty smoke detector in our room.

They was doing renovations I had my kids with me and they didn't like the paint fumes and the elevator was not working on top of that. Called corporate and they never returned my calls. Very unfortunate

I didn’t have breakfast.
One side of room with TV, microwave, and fridge went out and we had to move to another room on another floor.
