Rooms outdated Need to start breakfast before 7

The location was nice. It was not too far from the area I wanted to visit. The staff was supportive. I loved the refrigerator, microwave, and iron provided by the hotel.

I didn't like the bath tub. I'd prefer for the shower to just be a walk-in shower.

Definitely one of the better hotels. The price is still a bit high, but thats everything nowadays.

Price could be lower.

Front desk staff and lady at breakfast area were all very nice and helpful

Room had a damp smell to it

The lobby was well kept but the room was dirty. Sheets where not clean nor bed linens. You could tell that the were just brushed over with someone’s hand to make the bed and not replaced with new linens, bathroom wasn’t stocked upon entry with sufficient towels nor toilet paper, the sink and counter wasn’t cleaned, hair, pet hair and other unknown things that could have been wiped and cleaned out if house keeping was done properly where clearly visible. The front desk staff wasn’t friendly nor welcoming. Fridge had not been cleaned out. Just an over all unpleasant stay . With no other rooms available due to fulling booked rooms according to guess services, we had to make do by using purchased cleaning wipes an our own blankets.

The lack of cleanliness and unpleasant staff. Definitely wasn’t worth the money spent.
