Difficult to get daily housekeeping services

the Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was not ready at 4, but they let us have some water while we waited. Just before 5 we were able to get in. We stopped here as a passing by for our 2 week vacation. They have what you need to sled at white sands, free of charge for the guests. I appreciated their set up for shampoo/conditioner and body wash.

Breakfast bar was well-stocked, staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable and fairly new.

Buss the tables better

the rooms were not clean. there was mold and hair in the bathroom on the wall and in the shower. there was pee behind the toilet and dirty wash cloths under the bed. the staff was less than friendly and unconcerned with the room state.
