People at front desk were friendly and efficient

The breakfast area was horrible. Food not good either. Fake orange juice no cranberry or v8 juice. Yogurt was not a healthy choice. Breakfast scramble was room temp at best. No decaf coffee. I could go on and on about disappointing breakfast. Need I say more? The toilet in my room was so low to the floor it was hard to stand up. Rooms need major overhaul.

The shower was not wiped down all the way, behind the nightstand and bed were layers of dust and crumbs and food, one of the key cards didn't work, I went to pay my bill at 6:30 in the morning and there was no one working at all. The doors everything was wide open and there was no employee at all I had to leave my name and key cards and a phone number for them to call me about billing me. The employees were outside running around drunk late at night smoking weed outside the doors. The bartender took forever to get to us to order a drink when they were only a few people in there that were her friends hanging out at the bar. She walked away from the bar and left it with no one in charge and anybody could have stole anything. The carpets just walking into the place we're so dingy there was no way that they could have been cleaned within even a month.

Very clean. Nice people. Very happy, other than check in/payment. Wouldn't stop me from going there again if the occasion arose.

I booked two rooms, but wanted to split the payment for them when we checked in (one to our travel companions), even though I put his name on the reservation for the second room. Also, I booked two rooms and they were at complete opposite ends of the hallway (literally). Seems like if you book two rooms at the same time (same reservation), they would be together. What if it happened to be our children? I'm still watching my credit card to see if I get charged for both, even though my buddy paid for his room when he checked out. One Room payment went through, the other is still pending on my credit card (checked out 4 days ago).

The mattress was amazing!

Didn't like how someone came busting in my room when I was half dressed. I understand that there was a burst pipe or whatever the reason. The person beating on the door did NOT identify themselves. I thought it was my husband at the door. SUPRISE!! The people at the desk need to be at the desk...several times there was nobody there. Also didn't like how the box springs were not covered and we had to look at ripped up plastic. The bathroom mirror was all cloudy and streaked. We have been coming here for years and this time it just wasn't up to par.

when we checked in we were given the key to a room that was already occupied. we walked in on a couple. very embarrassing for all of us. we were assigned another room but not so much as an apology from the staff.

Our kids had the best time. After their sporting events they were so tired from all the activities that the Ramada has.

Loud gathering in the pool area after hours. 2am adult crowd rolling in banging on doors. Our door never worked properly. Being woken by the 2 am crowd in the hallways I noticed our door was open(chain lock was on/ dead bolt didn’t work). The room was filthy. Breakfast was horrible.

Location was convenient. Bed was comfortable.

Room wasn't very clean and in need of upgrading. Ceiling tiles were stained. When we went down for breakfast, it was already over even though it wasn't closing time.
