Comfy beds, lots of storage, mini fridge was nice and cold.

Check in was not great. Attendant wasn't sure how to process our reservation since we booked through booking.com but the next woman we were worked quickly resolved the problem and was extremely helpful. I do wish there healthier food choices for breakfast.

Property was clean as well as our room. The business center was in the center of the entire lobby, between dining and lobby. It can get quite loud when people are checking in or dining. There should be a separate room for more privacy and less traffic noise.

I used Booking.com for a 2 bedroom suite. During check-in, I received a one bedroom suite. I informed the desk of the error and was given another room w/2 beds but it was not the 2 bedroom suite I booked. I did not want to move again so I explained the error during check out. The young lady checking us in was not friendly, appeared very distant, unemotional and frustrated. I let it go figuring she was having a bad day. The room she assigned was not what I booked. I went back to the desk to resolve the issue, she was unapologetic and reassigned another room. Again, it still wasn't the room I booked. However, the checkout person, Christina, was very pleasant and kind. She apologized for the confusion. During the check out, another guest interrupted needing help. There were no other guests in line. Christina allowed the interruption and quickly helped him. Personally, and as a business person, I think she should've told him she would gladly help him after my check out - or asked me if I minded. I let it go due to the fact she was kind and more helpful than the woman the day before. The manager was unavailable so Christina issued a $10 discount off our bill for the room error. I am grateful for the discount but felt it was a bit of an under value resolution. The breakfast is decent and offers something for everyone. The coffee is good. Most staff are friendly. The property and rooms are clean. The pool is very small, there is no sauna or hot tub and the workout facility is large. As for value, this property is overpriced. I stay at Marriott or Hilton properties and pay a lesser or same price for far better amenities and service. One more thing: They seem to experience 3rd party booking issues so be careful. If you try to book directly with IHG, their prices are always higher than the 3rd party sites. This is an IHG issue. And make sure your rewards are issued to the rooms before you checkout.

The facility is newer and right on the river.

There was hair in the shower and the bathroom door needed to be wiped down on the outside I'm assuming it's from hair products when people are getting ready and the door is open.

King size bed was not comfortable

The breakfast hostess was very laxed in providing service and she was very unfriendly! And the evening front desk clerk had about as much personality as a plant. Not friendly or personable.

The room is nicely decorated and very tastefully done, the size is perfect . The bathroom was aweome!

The 'blanket" , which was a small comforter in between 2 sheets . We had to pull each layer up independently, a bit awkward.

The location is excellent the staff was very friendly

They aren't taking care of the hotel . The glazing on the tub was all chipped off and the tub was very slippery. Room was dusty windows were really dirty. The breakfast was not good. Not really worth the price you pay.
