Close to freeway access, property was maintained, plenty of parking. On site laundry, gym, and pool.
Plenty of towels in room. Room and bathroom were clean, bedding was comfortable and in good condition. There was a small fridge and coffee maker in room. On site a small menu restaurant/bar that had plenty of seating. Food was good. Service was quick and friendly. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
AC unit gave a slight mildew/wet towel smell when initially started and TV in room did not get a good signal. Would freeze up or screen would turn all blue or green.

The hotel was equipped with all the necessary amenities for an optimal stay, and I was greeted with warmth and hospitality from the various staff.

Convenient to where we want to go
It’s my 5th time staying here, I always come here every time I come to LA. I felt like it was new management, front desk lady wasn’t friendly. There was no pressure to the shower, it was super slow ..that was very annoying to me. The rooms was not ready at our check in time. Also, there was no room service when stayed for 3 days. we at probably won’t return next time

We were given a room that hadn't been properly serviced, there were pills on the bed and

I liked the room size the water pressure was excellent.
I have not booked a room for awhile and do not know if I would have paid more I would have received maid service. I did not see any sign of a maid in the halls or in the five days I stayed in my room. No clean towels or amenities. Not sure if that's normal or not?

I specifically stayed an additional night so that my invited guest from Mexico could remain in her room while her husband testified in court. Despite my having notified the front desk that she would be remaining in the room she was kicked out of the room at 100pm, and the staff would not lister to her explanation. This is poor staff management and it was irresponsive to our needs

Shower didn’t have enough pressure; no housekeeping service after first night, had to ask for it. A/C unit in room had lot of dirt in it. Mild unpleasant odor in room.
Room looks way better in pictures, in reality it’s not even close.
