Location was great. Staff was very friendly

Wish the pool and hot tub stayed open longer.

We stayed during the ice/wind storm, and had to extend our stay a couple of times. The staff were very helpful, the breakfast was quite satisfying and the marketplace had enough basic supplies to feed us when the roads were impassable.

Pet friendly, spacious room, nice kitchenette, wonderful continental breakfast, hot tub, gym & pool

It’s really busy, occasionally we were forgotten about when it came to housekeeping & restocking needs. I typically would go to front desk & ask or try to catch a housekeeper in the hall if I needed anything.

I liked the room and the view of the airplanes from our room window. The room was very clean! I also liked the location of the room because it is next to a Target and many restaurants too. I loved the swimming pool and the breakfast was pretty good!

Location to airport. Price of parking for 16 days at $8 a day.

The computer system was down all day on Feb. 12, 2023. Someone had already been assigned to that room. Hotel had no way of tracking down the guest. As a consequence, we found a backpack, suitcase, clothes in the closet, and a laptop on the desk. We were not moved to another room. We had to wait for the morning's guest to return to instruct him to see the clerk at the check-in area. That person who was assigned that room earlier was moved to another room. Someone tried to break into our vehicle that was left for 16 days. Cracked, "splintery" looking passenger front window. No outside security cameras. Hotel management is aware of these concerns. The Assistant Manager, returned my call regarding the incident. I was very disappointed for our stay at this Marriott. I am hoping that Marriott's quality standards are being upheld at other locations.
