Incredibly pleasant

The location was incredible, affordable, and breakfast was great. Staff was what you'd heard from those outside the south, "southern hospitality." Made me think I could possibly move to Greenville, SC.

I didnt have any thing to complain about:)

Pleasant and met expectations.

Great location, very accommodating staff. ‘Betty’ who ran the breakfast area was especially pleasant and helpful.

The common areas (despite the hot weather outdoors) were FAR too cold. Need to ratchet it up a few degrees.

Wouldn’t book this hotel again, beds were awful. I got overcharged.

Clean hotel with a great location.

The room was clean and comfortable and we liked the shower products that were provided.

The HVAC was loud and created big temperature swings even though we had it set to 70 degrees. The TV remote was slow to respond.

The hotel was very nice and clean the lady at the front desk Joby was really helpful and nice I believe it was the most welcoming and friendliest staff at the front desk of any hotel I've ever been in would definitely stay there again

If visiting downtown Greenville it’s hard to beat this location. Plus it is on the river.

great location, bed was extremely comfortable and for a hotel the breakfast was superb.

always hate to pay for parking. Odd location for tv.
