Everything was perfect. The room was amazing! I will definitely stay again.

Friendliness of staff. Location near the office.

Infrequent servicing of the room. Always have to ask for new towels and linen. Room floor (tiled areas) was dirty and sticky. Especially in front of the stove and scullery. Very noisy in the hallway at times, especially weekends. Breakfast was not ready many mornings at 6:30 weekdays.

Nice clean staff was friendly and the breakfast they had chicken sausage I was so happy because I don’t eat pork.

The room was absolutely filthy and the bed and pull out couch were so old gross and uncomfortable. Carpet was sticky. Room dark and dirty. Also they charged us more than agreed upon booking.com price. Already contacted them about this

carpets were sticky smelled like pet urine there was mold in the shower made us set up the bed we requested for the pull out. non ideal whats the point of making a reservation if you wont clean or service it

Location to where I had meetings, etc., was good. Close to many restaurants

Cleaning did not happen on days selected - had to ask 2 to 3 times, before towels and linen were changed (was told I can request whenever I want, but did not happen like that). WiFi was down twice during evenings when I had critical preparation to do for next day meetings. Some staff was very friendly and helpful, others did not do what you have requested them to do, allthough they told you is was done. Suite floor was SO dirty and "sticky"in kitchen area when I have checked in, I had to clean it with a wet towel, which was pitch black from dirt, when finished. Even when they came to clean, I found stuff in bathroom behind toilet and in kitchen on floor, that were there before they came to clean ....

We loved staying here. The property is clean, has a lot of activities and has an excellent staff! We will be staying here again!

The staff was outstanding. Every person I talk to was extremely nice, polite and helpful. we had a bit of an issue the first night coming and they were very understanding. Haley at the front desk along with Debbie and Daraja were great. we will definitely be back because of the staff.

The only negative thing I have to say was the pull out couch was a little dingy looking. Definitely has been used a lot and had holes and stains. That is where my son slept. The pull out itself was comfortable and when I covered The bed with the sheets it was perfectly fine. I use the extra sheets to cover up the couch cushions.
