Staff was friendly and had good customer service

I regret to inform you that I am not satisfied with the cleanliness of your hotel. I stayed in room 101 checked in around 3pm and promptly checked out around 10:55pm. The room in which I stayed was roach infested. I killed about 3-5 roaches alone and saw many more crawling around the room. The towel used for collecting water on the ground was stained, the room smelled like mildew, and the lights did not work

Had a pool and wifi

Too many creepy guys outside our room, was scared to let my girls go to the pool because of them men. Carpet was nasty and my socks kept sticking to it.

Nothing

Horrible from start to finish. Ask for another towel and they told me no they didn’t have any . They have a hidden deposit fee and the clerk at the desk was rude and basically useless

The door in the room would not lock and all of the rooms were suffocating with cigarette smoke.

The so called Continental breakfast was non existent! The management is cheap! They like to be able to say you can get a free breakfast but you don't. Lots of security cameras was good but they didn't keep out trouble. It was ok for the money which they increased the room price each day.

Shampoo sucked. Coffee in room bad. Hair dryer was filthy.

Breakfast had no low carb options for me to eat but the kids loved the breakfast. The room was very clean!

The pool was closed. I wish I was notified before my trip of this because the kids were really excited about a indoor pool.

It was quiet

Reception area and carpeting on stairs was very dirty

They advertised pool is ONLY reason I stayed there and it’s locked and dirty. if I knew that I wouldn’t stayed there . Lady in morning very nice. But nite no personality doesn’t talk.
