It was right on the beach, the room was a good size, and I like that there was a full kitchen.

The carpet had gum or candy ground into the carpet which looked dated. The shower curtain had a strange black stain that looked like mold. Neither TV in the room was working, but I wasn’t there to watch TV anyway. The hot tub was down for maintenance for most of my stay, and when it did open, it was full of toddlers even though no one under 14 is supposed to be in it. I tried to buy milk from the store on property and both jugs of milk they had were over a week past date.

Bugs!!! We switched to their sister hotel and it was outdated , smelled like mold and it had bugs.

It was close to the beach

I should have known it would be awful from the check-in experience. The lady kept saying our card wouldn't work. The room was old and outdated. Nothing like the pictures online. The rooms smelled musky and moldy. The floors were dirty, and we didn't want to remove or shoes to even walk on them. They had two TV sitting side by side that seemed like they were hiding something. You couldn't even look in the mirror that was on the wall. We couldn't wait to check out the next morning and go somewhere else better. Worse experience in a long time since going to the beach.

I loved the location to the Beach.

I had dog hair on the sofa in my room and was unable to use it during my stay. I called the attendant came up later in the night. The cleaning attendant came the next morning and no one was able to remove the pet hair.

Being right by beach & having a balcony was the only positive

Front desk & maintenance very rude. Keys didn’t work. Pictures on site are deceiving. The rooms smell like cigarette smoke. The white building was THE WORST. Pink building still smelled awful too. It was even worse when the AC was running. The rooms were so outdated & gross. Once I got the third room it was 11pm so I wasn’t moving again. I was beyond exhausted. & the TVs never worked. No one even came to fix the TVs because no one was available. I believe it just had no cable in the room. The service sucks! I could go on and on. I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. Photos below will be the last room I slept in to the first two that I was given.

Easy access to the beach.

Need several updates. It took 20 minutes to check in because we could not find any staff working the front desk. We called for extra towels and did not receive them until the next morning when we walked to the office and got them ourselves.
