It was a near to death experience with my kid inside a room of 110 degrees as soon as we entered. Phone wasn’t connected to get hold of the reception. Basically, the room wasn’t ready/cooled down. My minor child son and I suffered a heat stroke. They tried to accommodate us with another room, and that too had the same issue. So Loch of inconvenience it was. Especially, flying from another State, with a midnight landing, and not getting enough sleep to start the day fresh as it was already past 2.30am dealing with all these issues. My son couldn’t even perform well in his training due to all the issues and not enough sleep. Also, it’s been a month, and they have still not responded to my refund! With all these, they do not deserve even 1 star.

There was bugs. A lot of them. Luckily they were more towards the bathroom. For the price I paid I would’ve like to not have unwanted roommates

neighboring guests were very loud slamming of doors and loud music all night, the room wasn’t clean it was a non smoking room and there were cigarette burns on the linens and the chair next to the bed, I flipped the cushion and there was soggy food of some sort turning an avocado green the shower curtain was awful, and the floors were dirty as well as a very unpleasant and awkward smell I couldn’t wait to leave immediately booked a reservation elsewhere

the wifi was pretty good and the showers had good water pressure
