Toilet was leaking and in need of repair seat was missing a 🔩 on one side Showerhead needed Teflon tape on threads did repair myself

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The phone cord was broken and after informing the front desk, it was never fixed. The waffle maker out for breakfast was filled with old crusted batter

dirty had cockroaches in the rooms bed bugs on the bed got bitten up

Bed was comfortable, room was reasonably clean, mostly quiet.

Outdated, couch was falling apart, tv sucked 1/2 the channels were froze up & no room/tv/wifi information sheet provided.

The breakfast was outstanding. Located in a quiet place in York. Loved my stay

This property is one of the worse that I have ever booked off of booking.com. This property is very dated, unkept, and extremely dirty!!!! my feet actually got dirty walking to the sink. Bug traps behind the fridge. pile of dirt between bed and nightstand. But, I think above all that , the cigarette burns in the sheets(smoke free facility) was the straw that broke the camels back. I have stayed at hundreds of motel/motels in my life time. I rank this one #2 of the worse ones I’ve stayed at. The gentleman at the desk at checkin was extremely nice.

They refuse to refund me even though I didn't stay. There is a major mouse infestation here. I'm not paying to have mice crawl on me at night. Board of health and county inspector need to get off there backsides unless money is being handed over in envelopes ....

The swimming pool it was closed I call ahead they told me it was working I got there and that he was not working
