The location was great. The hotel was clean.
The toilet created a bad noise. They did not provide
tea for breakfast. The management was very poor.

Perfekte Citylage, nahe Stanford-College. Frühstück für US-Verhältnisse sehr gut. Am Wochenende freier Parkplatz nebenan, unter der Woche wohl eher schwierig, was bezahlbares zu finden.
Der offene Naßbereich/Toilette ist schon gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ausblick aus dem Fenster auf auf eine Mauer kann man schon mal für 2 Tage tolerieren.

John and Briana at the front desk were amazing , kind and very professional. The hotel is perfect for the price and location. My room was nice , clean and modern with a good TV set. Keep in mind this is not a luxury hotel. It’s great for the price and I feel they have attention to detail and great service. ( Coffee at the lobby is fantastic).

Dishonest - posted a room on Booking.com that I booked, and then called me at the last minute to tell me they didn't have a room. Cannot be trusted

they gave me an occupied room so I walked in on another guest (solo female traveler walked in on a half naked man at 10:30pm) and I had to get a refund and book another hotel

Small, boutique hotel close to the transit center, downtown, and Stanford University. It was nicely quiet, old school feel with some technological upgrades.
When we checked in, we were told check out time was noon, but on the day we were leaving they said it was actually 11am. Room was smaller than usual and heat didn't work well.

Location was perfect. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Jonathan.
Room size and amenities were fine except for those things mentioned in response to what we didn't like.
Floor was dirty & sticky in our room. Wished we had a microwave or/and mini fridge.
Breakfast had few choices and on 2 days a toaster was out, but nothing to toast.
I wished security was better with card access at front door. Anyone could walk in and cruise the floors.

it was so clean, not a spot a stain on anything. the breakfast was delicious and healthy. I absolutely loved this place!
the room size was small but I liked that. I loved everything and the staff Chris and the housekeeper were so kind to me.

When we arrived there was no one at the front desk and it provided a number to call to have someone come. The desk person was not knowledgeable about the parking situation.
