No tomamos el desayuno, pero, la ubicación es muy buena. tienes rápido acceso al Freeway John Carpenter, y ese conecta con toda la ciudad. La limpieza del hotel es excepcional. Tiene amplio estacionamiento gratuito. El personal super amable. Ningún problema con la reservación. El cuarto muy amplio, la cama super cómoda. Y, todo, a muuuy buen precio.

Staff were super nice, problem with wifi in first room so he changed it right away, blocked sink in second room, he offered to change us to another room but I fixed it. Breakfast was good.

The staff were really nice and made sure that they took care off y problems in a timely manner.

Upon arrival when I checked in the first room was not clean so the placed me in another room in which I began to get comfortable and shower to soon find out that the toilet was leaking water and had to move to another room again.

I requested a handicap room because I wanted to take a bath. As I'm a truck driver so my bones needed soaking. When I arrived I was told they were all occupied. Really sucked. Booking.com shouldn't offer the room if it's not available or the hotel needs to be in communication with their 3rd party booking. The room that they did give me was clean but in the bathroom the shower head was loose and the ceiling was peeling of paint. They may also want to get pest control I seen 3 roaches in the bathroom. I would say they just need so miner touch ups In room 229.

WHEN I HAD AN ISSUE IT WAS RESOLVED THAT DAY

Breakfast was great- size of room was great. Bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was updated.

Closet doors would not stay shut. Bathroom shower looked like it may have some mold in the corner. The location is not by any shopping or restaurants.

Conveinent location, shuttle service, smooth check in, and hot breakfast made this Wingate stay comfortable.

Housekeeping could be more attentive. I had to wipe down some high touch surfaces that were visibly dirty upon check in, and ask for towels as the room was not refreshed at all during my stay.

It was a quiet peaceful hotel. The room size was great and the amenities in the room were more than adequate for my my needs. I liked the fact that breakfast was included with the price of the stay.
