This place is dirty--from the check-in desk (dirty broom, clutter in plain view) to the hallways to the rooms. F, the clerk when we checked in, was unfriendly, unprofessional, and unhelpful. The toilet in our first room didn't work; we waited hours after asking for a new room to be moved to one. In the meantime, a guy with a plunger tried to fix the original toilet, to no avail; we'd asked that Housekeeping re-sanitize the room when he was done. Instead, he used one of our washcloths to swipe-clean the toilet bowl. An awful experience. Booking.com is unavailable to help in any real way. We were told to "contact the property" about our problems. They WERE the problem!

Absolutely nothing

The staff were rude and even for check in no one at the reception area never - after 10 min I went knocking on the office door I notice after going to bathroom. Towels in pool area Breakfast you had to keep waiting and they had no eggs and everything else wasn't ready or stocked and I went down 3x. The bed had metal things from frames sticking out and all corners- very dangerous. The rooms were very tiny hard to move when you're a bigger person no space And the fridge was a joke in size- could only put a couple cans of pop or water in it -If you had leftovers from say a dinner it didn't fit. And no ice bucket in our room And our room was right next to elevator very loud and noise the doors hasno sound barrier

Dirty floor & littering in both elevators and also the smoking area was too close to the front door.

The location. The breakfast selection is good, mix of hot foods and grab and go items.

The pool felt unclean, water was cold. Here were individuals that were inside the pool area just drinking alcohol. They were not there to use the pool facility or to swim. Made us feel. Very uncomfortable.

bathroom tub not draining well (2-3 inches of water accumulating), tub/shower lining looks weathered, EV charging spot taken all night by non EV car — no signage to prevent this from happening, pool temperature cold, locks to pool and gym area not working requiring staff to unlock rooms with physical key

Hallway carpets very dirty. Bathroom walls peeling and tub molding falling apart. No tissues or hair dryer in the room. Used towel hanging on bathroom door when we arrived.

I like everything, the room is very beautiful and clean, the breakfast is very delicious I’m living in another state and every go to Rochester this’s my my favorite hotel to stay. Thank you ❤️

Your staff was outstanding! Super helpful. And the breakfast was really good. I liked that there was a pool even though we didn't have a chance to use it.

One of the locks on our door was broken. A few things in the room looked worn or were in need of repair. No tub stopper (my disabled son likes to bathe rather than shower and we couldn't do that).

I liked how they had the lounge area set up

Very friendly and helpful staff! Location was exactly what we wanted, thought here were other hotels that are just as close. Breakfast was fine - exactly what you would expect. Free WiFi was fine.

One of the reasons we chose the place was the indoor pool (traveling with kids, need to keep them entertained). As we arrived we found out that the pool was closed for renovations. The hallways REEKED of cigarette smoke (and other types of smoke...), and so did the elevators. Room was fine - pretty crowded and the beds were uncomfortable. Bathroom was not as clean as it could be and the general maintenance level left a lot to be desired (toilet was actually loose. It seemed like it was resealed to the floor several times, unsuccessfully).
