Staff was very nice really went out of there way for there guest. Hotel was very clean

The bathroom door could have used some repairs

We were there rwo days , and the maids didn't clean the room. Left the room open. When we returned, I called the front desk, I was told they would clean the room before the day was out. We went out again, and the room still hadn't been done. Called the front desk and was told the cleaning staff was gone for the day. They asked if we needed anything. They brought up some towels. We checked out the next day.

The hotel is very nice inside, the rooms were great. The bed was a little too hard for me, but other than that we enjoyed our stay and the location for a hockey game was excellent!!

The restaurant had very limited menu so we ate elsewhere but closeby dining options helped ...breakfast was okay but for $15 each it paled in comparison to less expensive places we have stayed

the hotel was very clean

the parking ramps are terrible and are very confusing. Also I wasn’t able to get on an elevator because of the St Patrick festivities which was frustrating. Also after we finally got to our room our door sensor stopped working and had to wait in the hallway with all our stuff until maintenance came which almost caused us to miss our reservations for our activities for the evening. The staff was really friendly.

No complimentary breakfast, and wasn't told you had to pay for breakfast until we sat down and got a plate...not how you run a business!

Booking .Com did not provide an invoice and this means I was unable to claim expenses. When I booked it looked like I was booking directly with the hotel. It cost me a lot of money personally. I will never use Booking.com again. When I asked for help from Booking.com they didnt provide a response and there is no one I can talk to in order to get the invoice.

Breakfast Waitress Annie was great! Friendly and efficient - Chris in Drifters restaurant was also really good!!

Bed was a bit squeaky and lumpy but not bad

The shower curtain was brocken tgr rooms old and didn't gave a feeling of cleeness and the water charged me even she had my name on here list as prepaid breakfast.the price was high for over all stay experience. Sorry about that.

The hotel had a modern vibe with cheerful colors, stylish chandeliers, and trendy furniture. The rooms are pretty soundproof. We were near the elevator and heard nothing. Also, the front desk was friendly and helpful.

It would be nice to figure out a way to exit from garage elevators into the hotel itself. It’s a bit of a nuisance to walk out, and around to the garage….especially in the rain.

Parking garage required pedestrians to exit to street for a short sidewalk path to hotel entrance; there was no direct hotel entry from within garage
