Very poor service. Didn’t clean the room for 2 days

Nothing, there was a strong odor throughout.

Everything, our room was inhabitable and should be closed from being let until investigated by the health department for mold and walls should be cleaned and painted. the door with an indention from someone punching it, should be replaced. our room was filthy. Stained sheets were provided,, hand towels are not bath towels and pillows were of poor quality and not enough provided. Bathroom air vents should be cleaned. Broken furniture should be removed. Cobwebs should be removed. I am shocked that a hotel would even rent this and especially so at 5-6 times it’s normal rate. I have multiple photos but this app only allows upload of one per room.

Smelly, we had to change rooms because the window didn't close and the bed was covered with dirt. The second room was also smelly, no bed cover, stained sheets. There was a thick layer of dirt on the A/C unit. The shower was too old that looked yellowish instead of white. It was leaking all night so the bathroom floor was wet in the morning.

Furniture looked modern

The rooms where clean and I liked yhe location.

Sorry to say but I think for me the mattress was a bit bumpy you could feel the spring it severed its purpose a place to sleep

Too DIRTY！！！

The room was ready when we arrived.

The staff at the front desk were young men appearing to be just hanging out there, and not as if they were at work. They had no hotel staff manners, and they looked like I was bothering them by checking in, but getting the key went ok. There was only one towel in the room reserved for two people. The floor didnt appear clean. In the morning the room was flooded, because the cleaning staff defrosted the freezer/refrigerator and the ice melted over night. They didnt charge us but it was unpleasant. The walls appeared paper thin and you can hear people in other rooms. When I called some days later to check when my deposit will be released, the person on the phone appeared offended by my question and was unpleasant.

Dirty, window was pulled off track and the screen torn off. I reported this to management and they didn’t do anything. Constant noise outside. Stayed up most of the night watching out for my rental car. There was a guy peeking in the windows. I got ripped off big time.
