I stayed in a disabled room. There was mold/rust in the bathroom shower. No in room coffee makers as web site suggested..no room service and nothing telling us otherwise that I saw.

I had roaches in my room and I had to shake out all my stuff. The cleaning staff didn’t clean my room during my stay and didn’t restock the towels and washcloths. When I complained to the staff and asked for the manager to contact me the manager still has yet to call me.

Shower was good as was the location.

No coffee maker or shampoo. The TV didn't work and the bed pillows were hard.

The location and coffee were great. the bed was comfortable and sheets were clean.

We couldn’t believe how dirty the room was. The bathroom walls had bits and pieces of paper like material everywhere. There was a hole behind the toilet and looked like something might be living in it. The bottom of our feet were black from walking on the floors. Got some water on the floor and the towel was black when I cleaned it up.

The staff were fine. The location was good.

There was a smell that was overpowering to me and I find that almost a month later some of my things retain that smell. It was a sickly sweet floral smell. The window didn't open so I couldn't even get some fresh air. As far as safety, the smoke detector battery compartment was open and there was no battery in it. There was also an expired battery sound from a smoke detector coming from another room. There was a stain on the sheets. I was very uncomfortable in this room and almost left. There were also no tissues. I couldn't wait to leave. I also didn't appreciate having to give a deposit with no paperwork given to me. Fortunately, the deposit was refunded.
