It had a sufficient variety of selections to make breakfast complete. Not just a doughnut, Danish and coffee.
I think sausage links would have been a more desirable choice for me that day.

The outdoor seating area and pool were nice. And it was a quiet hotel, we didn't hear a lot of noise even though it was quite busy.
Unfortunately, it wasn't very clean. Upon check in, we noticed used tissues between the mattress and headboard, and ants and spiders in the room. We mentioned this twice to the front desk and they said they would "notify the cleaning manager for the future" but honestly didn't seem to care. Our room was also very dark which didn't help the cleanliness feel - our window faced directly to another side of a building, probably one foot away. It was almost comical, opening the blinds to a wall. We've stayed in a lot of Hampton Inns and this one was simply lacking.

My room (#200) was located across from the staircase and as a result, I heard more noises in the evening. than I usually do.

I liked the variety.
The hot water wasn't next to the oatmeal. It was out with the coffee. My husband is handicapped and this was inconvenience for him. Also there was a single mother with a toddler, she stated the same problem, Inconvenience.

The staff at the front desk was wonderful! They were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed talking with them. The room was clean and comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay and will be back!

The room was decent and the nice woman at the front desk early morning were the only saving graces.
Went down to visit a friend in the area and arrived at 3 pm- which is check-in time. Man with locs at the front desk was very curt and seemed overwhelmed. He said that there were no rooms available yet and he didn’t know when rooms would be available so he couldn’t check us in. Pointed at a group of 4 women that were waiting for 20 mins and a large family further in the lobby who were also waiting for rooms. We waited in the lobby for probably 30 mins or so and watched as the large family got fed up and asked to speak to a manager. More people started piling in and waiting to be checked in. Waited for another 15 mins and saw the same worker and wanted to ask if it would be better for us to see our friend for an hour or so and come back but he wouldn’t even look at me or listen to my question, just angrily brushed last me and said I’m busy! Talk to my manager!! (From what I could tell all this man was doing was setting out muffins and refilling the water). The manager was in his office behind the front desk not looking out once. I was going to knock on the door to get his attention but another worker came from nowhere & scolded me. He did however get the managers attention and he came out. I very politely told him I understand things were hectic and that I just had some questions as to what would work with my family best. If we saw our friend for an hour and came back would there be a room available? He said he could guarantee a room in an hour to an hour & 1/2. I then asked if we found another hotel would he waive the cancellation fee/1 nights stay? He said everywhere was sold out but if we found another place then he would. I then asked what was going on that resulted in this. He didn’t give me a straight answer. I thanked him and went back to the lobby, where we decided to just wait it out b/c we didn’t want to reload all our luggage back in the car and unload in an hour when we came back.

The hotel is modernized. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly & professional. When we entered our room there a very delightful aroma. The remote was covered with a plastic bag cover & hand wipes were beside it.
Surprisingly, there were no dresser drawers in our room. Fortunately, we were only staying for one night. There was a few noticeable stains on the carpet.

shuttle for pick up from the hospital stopped at 5pm. my Dad’s appointment wasn’t over until 5pm so we had to UBER back to the hotel.

elevators weren’t working and we had to take luggage and dog crate down 3 flights if stairs.
