Our king-sized bed was really comfortable with plenty of pillows. The hotel was close to everything The air conditioner kept the room cold, although it was really loud and appeared to be locked up on one side(air only coming out of one side)

The front desk staff was rude. Once we finally made it to our room, we were hit with an awful wet-moldy smell. Our tv did not work all weekend. We called the front desk only to be told it was a cable - it wasn't. The tv was extremely old. They had a lamp on the desk - didn't work (yes, we checked, it was plugged in and had a light bulb-no power), and they had a lamp on both sides of the bed... one worked, and the other did not. My husband believes the outlets were bad in the room. The decor was nice above the bed... it appeared the room was in transition to being updated... the headboard, nightstands, desk, and tv stand were newer, but then the room still had the real old-fashioned borders. The bathroom could be updated. Just overall, it's not worth the $200+ we pd to stay. I'm so glad it was just my husband and I we didn't have our kids.

It was cheaper than most. Had a good rating, but not accurate. Beds were comfortable.

The rating of 8.1 was false. It is run down, the carpet was nasty, filthy. Our feet were black from walking on the carpet. The breakfast was bare minimum. Pre-packaged croissant with egg and sausage. No eggs, yogurt or anything a celiac can eat. No cereal. My husband used the last creamer and asked for more for me and they didn't bring any. Mold in the shower.

Facility was very clean. Breakfast was good. My wife left cell phone charger(s) and the staff quickly informed us and ended up mailing them to us since we were home before we got the land line message about having left the chargers. We appreciate the staff being conscientious.

Our particular room entry was into the small lobby. So it wasn't very quiet. A prior guest may not have honored the smoke free setting as the room smelled like smoke ( a smell that is known to be hard to get rid of).

The bathroom was not clean and the towels had dirt on them. The bed was nice and ok for comfiness. Loved the multiple pillows but we woke up with itchy red bites by the end of our stay. We believe there were bugs. We will not be recommending this place to anyone.

The location of the property was excellent. BUT!!!

I arrived at the property at approximately 9:00 pm. The key cards were keyed to the room for a one time entry as well as the outside entrance. Every-time I left the room or the building I had to get the key card re keyed. Very inconvenient !!!When I was in the car gathering my luggage a couple approached me and begged for spare change, then hung out around the property. Very insecure !!! When I woke at 6:30 am I went to have breakfast which was included in the stay and whoever was in charge of that was late to work so there was no breakfast. The person in charge of breakfast did not show as I hung around for an hour longer or so and then left. Very poor customer service!!!
