Everything was wonderful. Beyond my expectations!

What's not to like???? Everything is so well appointed! Beautiful, well organized, comfortable, and the staff makes everything even better!

A staff member was rude about answering a quick question. Seemed to care more about working on her computer than taking time to tell me where the fitness center was. She made me wait for another staff member to simply tell me that it was on the 31st floor.

I didn't get to stay for breakfast, but the hotel is very nice and staff extremely courteous.

The fact that you have to pay for parking even if you don't use valet parking

it is overpriced. I paid at the end for the stay more than what was in my actual booking. stuff were slow in responding to some of our requests. I requested a crib before coming I never got a response and I had to ask again when I arrived. cards for the parking and the room needed to be changed several times during my stay which was a waste of time because I was presenting and attending a conference.

The front desk would not help us with a parking issue (for time's sake, I will not go into detail) and not wanting to show my girlfriend a less desirable side of me, I would have demanded to speak to the manager. The front desk staff needs some reeducation regarding customer service. Next, the hallway outside our room was very noisy and people were going in and out of the 20th floor stairwell (for what reason I have no idea), I'm going to have to assume they were "up to no good". The noise created by the door slamming closed every time woke us up all night due to the very thin room walls. Due to the rude staff and chaotic hallway activity, I will never give my business to or recommend this hotel.

I have stayed before and really liked it, but this time the room was tiny and not clean. Also, breakfast was not included but was in the past. Very expensive for a mediocre breakfast buffet. $88 for 2 people

Room was really small not enough room look bigger on the picture. Sheet and comforter had some stains on them had to get them changed asap. Took some getting used to.

Clean bedding!!!! Better parking they parked my car I guess under a tree the whole time I was there and the birds set up camp. When we got ready to leave car was in a mess bird mess it was horrible.

Dining and front desk staff were really polite and helpful
