Nothing

Room smells like mold and cigarettes. I didnt even stay at the property. The hotel is run down. Booking.com let me down big time on this one and I will not be booking with booking.com. I lost 125 dollars because we didn't stay and the staff said there is no refund. Dont be fooled by pictures.

I was decieved by the name the Galleria and its no where near the galleria. The indoor pool look like the size of a big tub.

The property was close to a lot of the places that my family and I were going to.

The hotel room was dirty there were stains on the sheets, the card keys would not work about 90% of the time. There was no communication between the staff so we had one room that we got that was already in use.

Everything was great and the employees where warming.

the air did not work in my first room had to wait a day to change . The doors needed to be repainted and cleaned.

Location

Smelled like a smoking lounge near our room, was hard to breathe in the hallway. Rooms need to be remodeled. Sheets and bedspreads had stains. 1 Pillow had black marks. The shower curtain wouldn't stay shut. Was concerned about the security of our moving van on the one side of the building with dim lighting; there was two individuals lurking around our van. We moved it to the other side where it was more visible and had better lighting, and the two individuals immediately left.

Breakfast was as expected for hotels. Clean kitchen, helpful staff. Coffee was pretty good actually. Beds were comfortable as expected.

A lamp was broken, the shade had scorch marks. Mold on bathroom ceiling, bathroom fan didnt work. Room needed vacuuming and a closer attention to detail. Crumbs and dust behind and under everything. Carpet had places that were very worn-out, it really needs replacing. No bed bugs though! Glad for that. We would have asked for a different room but I didn't have any reason to think it would have been any cleaner.
