Close enough to walk to Battery Park. Steel cut oatmeal at breakfast with good addition options. The turkey bacon was surprisingly good.

Ridiculously small bathroom in room. The breakfast is average and the coffee was weak.

A little further from Truist Park than I realized. Definitely NOT a 3 minute walk!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great.

There were a lot of workers there doing renovations. A lot of dangerous areas and supplies around. Sometimes I didn’t feel safe, especially with my little one. We also didn’t have a lot of access to the lobby/cafe amenities due to the renovations. The breakfast options were horrible.

Was disappointed when I got there because I wasnt awhere of renovations would be going on. The room was nice but other things was difference when I got there. Breakfast, no open bar and alot dusk. Anyone who spend 200 for a room, should enjoy what they paid far.

I think yall should share important information to customers before they check in.

When I called to cancel the reservation, I was told they didn't have a reservation in my name then they charged me for 3 days anyway. I'm very upset

Decent hotel all around. Was greeted by friendly staff. And all the staff the entire time I was there was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious except for the bathroom. Very tiny. But that’s ok. Not living in there. Breakfast was really good with a decent variety of items.

1. I am not a fan of powdered eggs that seemed to be what was served at breakfast. 2. It is a short walk to Truist Park but a VERY LONG walk back to the hotel. 3. Hotel looks a bit dated.
