Hotel near airport with free airport shuttle. Large room, very quiet despite near to the airport. Price is ok-isch.

Room was worn and smelled of old, cold smoke. Old and worn carped. The room was rather clean - but the place needs a severe renovation.

The bed, very comfortable

The rooms are dated. The terrace door didn’t even fit and it couldn’t be closed because it was crooked. Bed was comfortable but all else about the room was a thumbs down. Breakfast not included, no view unless you consider the parking lot a view. Paid $220 but that price should have been halved. Disappointing.

The bed was soft !!

The run back and forth to the other Marriott back to the one I was originally assigned to. No apologies from staff either. It took up about apprx 30 min of my time !! Also, the pool was ice cold & 1 of the main reasons I stayed there ...

The property was lovely. New carpet down the hallways, new carpet in bedrooms, comfortable beds (brand new), new soft sheets, comfy pillows. We will tell our family and friends and will return.

Close to airport and shuttle bus lot is across the street.

In general we had a pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly, the pool area was nice and the room was a good size for our family of three.

We had to call to arrange for shuttle pick up and then waited a long while in the cold. The on-site restaurant was closed due to it being a holiday and the options near by were limited.

shuttle driver was a clown rooms felt “tired”…needed sprucing up/updating bed had a big sunken area in the middle which was quite uncomfortable.

No bedding avalible for the pull out even from the ft desk. Pool was freezing and pull out was dirty.

Approached my room door and heard TV on, as if room was occupied. Returned to front desk and it was explained that TV turns on at check-in. Itwas an unsettling experience as a solo traveler especially when the person asked me if I was traveling alone. Her actual question was “ Is your honey with you?” And this was because she had given me just one key and she thought she may have errored. Front desk person did ask someone to accompany me to my room and made sure I was ok with staying.

Mediocrely fine hotel with friendly staff. Good Mariott atmosphere. Convenient location for airport.

Advertised included free breakfast, but actually just a paid coffee bar. Disappointed in the false advertising. I did not buy anything, but for food you could get a bagel, muffin, or egg wrap. Room was a bit noisy and not too comfortable (super soft bed with depressions, noisy neighbor, desk was weird height). Not updated, no USB ports.

My daughter spilled a can of orange pop by accident and they charged me 100.00 for the cleaning of the entire room...as a hotel you would think the would have stain resistant carpet which makes stains easy to come out but their telling me they can't get the stain out. So if you make a mistake and spill something you're going to pay for that room as if you destroyed it so I wouldn't advise staying here. And the room actually smelled bad when we first got there but I didn't complain I just turned on the air to get the smell out of the room, this makes me wish I had complained about the smell in the room. If I could give a negative 100.

After I had spent 2 nights, I asked on the 3rd day at 9:30 am at the front desk to have my towels replaced and the trash dumped. When I returned at 4:30 pm none of these things had occurred. I called the front desk and the attendant said she would call Housekeeping. When she came back on the line, she said housekeeping said both things were done. I said I was in the room and it was clear nothing had been done. I was on hold again while she looked for the manager. I was cut off twice. When the manager finally came on line. He said he would “try” to solve the problem. He didn’t apologize. My angry response was “try” wasn’t enough because there were 2 housekeeping staff with a cart on the first floor and I wanted it done in the next 15 minutes. I had already been on the phone for 15 minutes. A housekeeping staff person was there right away and did both things I requested. I apologized to that person and said I was sorry she had to come back upstairs and do these tasks. I wouldn’t have written these comments if this was the first time it had occurred. But, the same thing happened to me last year at this Courtyard. The manager should have said he was sorry this had occurred and that he would see that both requests were handled as soon as possible. This was the last time I will stay here.
