kids loved the pool!

Restored rooms are wonderful. Breakfast is wonderful and they custom make omelettes.

We were locked out of our room because the battery died. So it took some time to get in.

Breakfast provided a wide range of options. The chef was excellent.

The staff was great and the layout of the rooms is why we chose this over other places to stay.

The rooms are extremely run down. The double bed barely fit two pillows (it seemed even smaller than a normal double bed). The layout of the room is fine, which is why we chose it. We wanted a separate area for after kids went to sleep, but the overall upkeep of the property didn’t match the price. It was the more expensive price in the area, and for a run down property… I expected better.

The staff was awesome. The breakfast was fast and hot. The hotel was near the highway.

Something in the room was leaking and running under the carpet. The bathroom was located in the bedroom instead of in the main "living room" area. The pool was extremely crowded with several unattended children.

my account was charge twice and im pissed and i want my money, i have called and talked to someone twice i need my money my next step is a lawyer because i have my receipt and bank statement

Breakfast, happy hour, and burger restaurant very good. Friendly staff,clean, food was good.

Cleaning service in room. Requested fresh towels and emptying of wastebaskets twice…and never received. Housekeeping just cleans rooms on day 5 of a visit or when a room turns over. Bathroom sink cracked (large). Phone in bedroom didn’t work. Small refrigerator had no controls…and everything we put in fridge became frozen! Shutter doors between bedroom and living room had shutter pieces missing or broken. Doorknob issue in exiting bathroom, even noticed what looked like mold on a bathroom wall. (I do have photos of everything if anyone from Hilton is interested) Spoke to manager when checking out from 3 night stay. Advised of disappointing experience and our attempts to get f what we needed. The Manager did give us an adjustment on bill. Said in process of renovation which was delayed by COVID.

I liked The room I am handicap it was great I stayed in room 107 I was able to get my walker through with no problems. Bathroom was great for me. Everything was great. I'm going to Conyers GA in December and I will be staying at an Ebassy suites. Thank you Angela Clayton Head

The food was amazing my family and I loved it

The way the manager on shift handled a situation that happened a guy made my daughter and my niece feel uncomfortable they thought they where being recorded we went to management and I don’t think he handled it properly he yelled at me and he didn’t get any information from the guy my family thought did this and my daughter and niece are both 9 yrs old very unprofessional

everything! starting with the front desk help. Hotel, complimentary shuttle, drinks gorgeous pool area, quiet rooms, comfortable beds, great breakfast.

I loved the friendliness of the staff and that I was greater with cold bottled water. The room was the perfect size. The breakfast tasted great.

The pool area needs to be monitored by staff. There were people who treated the pool like ot was their own personal. Playing loud music and liquor. It was not good for kids and families.

The breakfast was delicious it was hot and the staff was really nice and the staff kept the food stocked at every station
