Comfortable beds

WiFi wasn’t working

It is very modern and new, Starbucks was a bonus, and the pool was fun for the kids.

When we came home, we found head lice on my kids. We strongly believe it was from the pullout couch.

Didn’t get breakfast but the room was nice and comfortable

I was charged twice for a one night stay and I still haven’t received my money back.

The room was big enough

The pool was closed and had no clue until I went to check it out with four 10 year old girls dressed and ready to swim for my daughter’s birthday.

Location is great

The spaces were clean and it smelled nice. Otherwise: small room, very small bathroom vanity area, flat pillows, extremely small fridge, thin walls, VERY annoying green lights on the smoke detector(?) blinking 24 hours a day above the beds that will certainly keep you up at night, no continental breakfast-not even coffee-everything had to be purchased via the pricey bistro, very cold pool without towels available in the pool area. It's overall not a good value for the cost. I wouldn't return, especially with kids.

The staff member who welcomed us was very good and helped us to manage our joint booking.

I did not stay. The pictures are not representative of the room or hotel. Lobby is modernized - everything else was old. I would not recommend this hotel. I did not feel safe. The young lady ar the front desk was professional, courteous and understanding.

The room and bathroom were very clean. And the bed was very comfortable.
