The room was clean and basic. For the price, it provided what we needed. I was happy for the full size fridge and freezer, though it didn't seem to be as cold as it should have been. But don't expect any extras. No hand towels, no coffee maker, no cups. And the coffee maker in the lobby was out of order 3 out of the 4 days I stayed. But it was clean, which is important to me, so I did give it 3 stars. Just expect to provide many of your own essentials.

Shower curtains would have been nice.

The toilet was dirty ( stains ) & we needed an extra towel & the lobby was closed at night & in the morning the gate was down before check out

Staff and Manager exemplify professional and welcoming demeanor. Have stayed here previously in lieu of my Hilton Honors near by.

Terrible , dirty

We were in town for a concert and just needed a room for one night. The location was great...close to the venue and several restaurants. The staff was friendly and professional. The rooms were clean. No frills, just the basics but got the job done. Would stay again.

No complaints

I found it quite upsetting that when I checked into what is booked as an extended stay property that they weren't allowed to issue guests any cookware or dinnerware because they don't have any dishwashers on site.

We arrived late at night, but after a quick call from the lobby phone, someone was there to assist us right away. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy, no issues here at all!

If you like paper thin walls and hard mattresses, then this is the place for you!!

The bed is not good, the bed gives you pain in your back and a lot of noisy at night in this property. This property always smell smoke. My expérience was very bad.

The room was very uninviting. Don't expect Any amenities no soap provided or anything like that. We Was given one bathtowel and one floor towel & only one hand towel that was all they provided. Was very dingy. Walls are very thin. Made me feel very uncomfortable. Sheets were stained and dirty. Along with the few towels we got. The shower had hair on the walls. Toilet was not clean. Dirt was in the sink and the floors felt sticky. I had to showered in my socks!!! I couldn't even walk on the floors, There is no closet either and the counter tops all felt tacky like filth. I looked out the window and my fingers where covered in years old dust from touching the blind! It's very outdated. When I had left for work. My second traveler had left the key in the room the staff would not let him in our room. We went through a headache trying to get him back in the room. The staff are not very nice and the window is never open. The only thing they provide is coffee.(that made me puke) No breakfast at all!!! Best thing about the place is they provide enough toilet paper but it's extremely cheap and thin so id bring my own next time but with my experience they're won't be a next time!! Place looks nice from outside tho... but honestly WOULDN'T recommend this property to anyone would be a NO for me. Due to last minute arrangements, we were not able to book another hotel close by, so we had no choice but to stay in this place unfortunately.

Not bad

The property smells like cigarettes and vaping all inside the hotel elevator, the bedroom and halway, the bed were rough and hurts our back after just one night. Can use new mattresses. It took 15min for a guess to give us 2 additional towels after I specifically told them that we were 4 in the room with just two towels. Overall I wouldn’t go back to that hotel nor recommend it to anybody.

Toilets were not very clean

Access to property was difficult, but the property is in a convenient location for the show.

The room was nasty. The pillow cases was dirty. We had to go to Walmart to get a sheet set and pillows just to feel a bit comfortable. Overall 0/10

Over all place was clean ! But the hallways and our room smelled like cigarettes . We heard loud noises all night and early morning .

I reserved online, arrived at the hotel had to wait over an hours for them to find me in the system. Get to my room, very dirty. For 3 nights I hardly had any sleep as my room was extremely loud, doors slamming, people laughing, people arguing. Walls are so thin u can hear everyone's conversation and tell whenever they we using the bathroom. I would also like to mention breakfast was not available and lots of sketchy people as well live here. I left for work and almost got my leg chewed off my a pitbull that was living in the hotel. Do not come to this hotel.

Exactly what I needed!

The hotel smelled of marijuana BAD. We stayed for 2 days and it was apparent that the people staying there long-term were smoking weed in their rooms. The hallways, elevator and lobby smelled as well. We stuffed towels around our door to help keep the smell out as we had a small child with us. Will definitely not stay here again.

Property is not maintained. Sheets were dirty & torn. Too much noise around the property. Hallways were dirty. Will never stay at this property!
