I was charged a extra $20.00 don't understand why. The air conditioner and heat didn't work.

There was no food at this location of any kind! There were no restaurants close enough to walk to safely. There was no information in the room with any suggestions about how or where to obtain food.

I am a healthy 68 yr. Old woman, for the most part. However, after driving almost 7 hrs., I was not at my best. I do have very bad knees in need of replacement (trying to put that off as long as possible)! I am still a working nurse. When I arrived, the gentleman at the desk, who I believe was the owner, was on the phone. He never acknowledged me and stayed on the phone for at least 20 minutes! Thank God there was a sofa that I could finally sit down on! When he checked me in, he gave me my room number which was on the second floor. I asked where the elevator was and was told that they did not have one! I told him that I have very bad knees, especially after driving so far and asked if there was any way I could have a room on the 1st floor, having several heavy bags to carry. He replied No, and never even offered to help me carry them up to my room! The hotel did not have any carts to help transport my bags from my car to the lobby. This wasn’t great since I had to park my car half way down the gravel parking lot! I finally managed to get up to my room, (he had disappeared). The room was hot, I went to turn on the AC and the controls had been taped over and disabled!! I almost cried! Here I was Hurting, Hot and Hungry, with no remedy or help in sight. To add insult to injury, I was so ready to get out of there the next morning and to find some breakfast, I left my iphone charger! I couldn’t believe that Wyndham had its name associated with such a horrible place. I will say that the room was clean and the cleaning lady I met the next morning was extremely sweet. I felt bad after I left because I usually leave a tip for the cleaning staff and I had forgotten to leave one for her! I’m fairly certain, based on my first impression, this owner does not appreciate good employees nor pay them well. Horrible experience!! 😭🤬😫

Easy access to hotel from thruway and simple clean rooms. Service was very friendly. I thought it was a great value for the cost

The towels in my room were very well used where half of the towel was almost see through from wear and tear. Breakfast is still only grab and go

I stayed the night before my wedding so I was there long but did enjoy the time I spent there
