Abhi* was absolutely wonderful and made our entire stay the very best! His hospitality was impeccable! The beds were so comfortable and rooms very clean and spacious! We also loved the shuttle service to and from the airport!

Front desk attendant upgraded our room and asked if what floor we’d like to stay on, which as nice. Breakfast was unexpected but appreciated

Bathroom was extremely cold.

Fair eggs were under cooked. Could add some bacon to the menu Coffee was brutal.

The room was very large, well appointed and very quiet.

The dining area was not open in the evening. I guess there was no cook. Only a bartender later in the evening.

The reason i gave it this score was for the lack of communication from the hotel and the hotel doing renovations from early am to late night. We didn’t get a lick of sleep our entire stay do to them breaking tables and desk outside and throwing them away into a dumpster while customers are sleeping early in the morning. Especially on a Sunday? Or the whole weekend at that. We’ve stayed here plenty of times and never had an issue. Our room was located under the construction room as well where all night and morning we hear heavy items dropped, stomping, things breaking and people slamming items. I expected to be notified about this while we checked in but we were not. We had a long drive to get there and a long drive back home. We were exhausted and annoyed. We called and complained a few times. Nothing was really done. This is was unacceptable!

The room was dirty, we found a pearl earring on the floor, a childs' toy, red stains on the carpet (it should be steam cleaned), hair in the sink and on the toilet. Crumbs and dirty tissues near the base of the bed. The lighting in the room was ok, but could use more lamps at bedside. It would help to have a bedside table on both bed ends. Also the pool was closed at 12pm, strange...
