If free breakfast is listed on your reservation, you actually only get a $10 breakfast voucher to the coffee shop nook. Unfortunately there are only about 3 or 4 items/plates on the coffee shop menu that are under $10. Yes free breakfast but also no. Maybe discounted breakfast would be better advertised.

Room size, cleanliness, front desk staff, choice of floors for room, location

TV to the side of the bed. Hard to watch over the person on tv side. Wish there was a complimentary breakfast. Lots of street noise. High price.

There is no restaurant. The "bistro/bar is basically a scaled down Starbucks. It is only open for part time.There is no bar as advertised because they have no liquor license. So not really what I was expecting...

The staff was pleasant.

Held double the amount for incidentals on my credit card (resolved days later). Carpet so filthy that the bottom of my 4 year old son's feet were black from walking on it barefoot. Was not told upon check-in about 24 hour rule for room service. One of the days I requested room service, within the 24 hour requirement, our room was missed even though the log documented that service was completed. I asked for a microwave for the room and was told the only one available is in the lobby, which I used daily for my son's breakfast. I then saw a room across the hallway from mine had a microwave outside of their door, which the guests had used in their room during their stay. I would've appreciated being told that we do have microwaves for use in the rooms, but none are available at this time. The most upsetting event during our stay, however, was when my wife, working on her laptop from the chair in our room placed her left hand on the seat cushion to reposition herself and her hand slipped down on the side and she was pricked by an open, rusted/corroded looking safety pin that was facing upward. It bled. We notified the front desk that stated they would document and pass along the message to management who, after taking days to follow-up, apologized and initially offered 5000 Bonvoy points which equals a half nights stay at a hotel of their level/rating. Really?!?!?!?! Even after I provided the laundry list of issues endured during our stay?!?!?! He finally came up to 10,000 points, but made it seem like he was doing me a favor. A little empathy would have gone a long way in making me and my family feel like "Our dedication to the customer shows in everything we do" like it states under your "We Pursue Excellence" core value. I felt that in your handling/addressing of my situations you pursued, "Just Good Enough."

Your staff was great, but the facility lacking. No restaurant even open, no breakfast, had to beg for a microwave for my 4 day stay (staff was accommodating), Pool heater was broken and water freezing. These things should be taken care of if you charge a premium amount to stay there. Don't understand ?! p.s. don't blame Covid - it's over.

Clean. Staff were responsive. Close to location I needed to reach.

Pleasant and easy check in process. My room didn't have a blow drier and they brought one within minutes of my call to the front desk. Liked the big sofa area in our room.

Room could have been a little cleaner... a few stains on the sofa, etc. Not bad overall however. There are a lot of signs advertising the food and beverage service, but it didn't appear to be open most of the time.

Location was great and very convenient. Room was very comfortable.

Would have loved a microwave in the room.
