The hotel is well located

The room smelled AWFUL. The sheets were dirty and we got bed bugs!

well I am waiting to see if Laurie gonna solve my issue! I stayed there 1 night not even, and I have three charges to my card adding a total of 391.50 and my stay was supposed to be 124.00. I spoke to someone who say that it was a special charge. I asked for what? I dodo even sleep there I was there from 8-3 I am very confused and waiting to hear from this company.

Really good facilities. The room was clean and spacious. Comfortable bed and temperature control was really good. Bathroom was really clean and the shower had hot water and really good amenities. The hotel was quiet, despite being full.

The breakfast was good, but not great. Not great options and ran out of lots of food while sitting there. Would put out just a few of every item despite having a lot of people waiting for food. In our room, the TV was very out of date and small. Had all the channels, but just really blurry compared to 4K. Location was tricky to get in and out of, but was not too much of a bother if we had enough time.

The night staff was very helpful and accommodating, and the room was very clean. Even though the hotel was without power, they did all they could to make us comfortable.

The hotel lost power that evening, so we had no lights or TV until around 3AM. The morning concierge was rude and expected us to leave an hour before check-out time, so the room could be cleaned sooner- he called our room, banged on the door, and almost opened the door while we were getting dressed.

Worst customer service ever

Lily was so helpful and accommodating when we checked in on Saturday afternoon!

Building and rooms look a little dated otherwise good place to stay.
