In town for a wedding. A good option to stay. Not too close to public transit but we made it work.

I’ll never stay again. They surprise you with a $15 a day parking fee. They lure you in with low rates with hidden fees. Never again.

The stay was good. I would recommend hatdwood floors instead of carpet.

Room had no air. Took hours to get new room. 96 degrees out. Gabriel was great. Microwave and 1 lamp didn’t work in 2nd room. Same breakfast everyday. Very disappointed as I travel 26 weeks per year.

This is my second time in this hotel. The staff are so friendly. Easy and fast check in and out. Clean and comfy room. I love the breakfast, it was delicious. Definitely, I will come back and I will recommend this. Thank You.

I had a wonderful stay but the blinds need to be changed. They have water stains and are outdated. The cushion by the window also needs to be replaced. Those were the main areas.

Not happy with hotel. Charge you $15 day to park, even handicapped.
NO WATER PRESSURE, shower was Horrible! They have water that dripping from shower head, not strong enogh to even wash hair. Will never stay again.
Rooms definitely need cleaning especially rugs, dead spiders on bathroom floor.

Worst hotel I ever stayed in for customer services, they only keen about charge you more ,for room upgrade and parking, the receptionist known nothing about customer satisfaction and she made my check in more challenging by letting me wait and my family till room cleaning finish. She is not smiling and not welcoming customers .
Room had spiders. The pool area is very small totally over rated and not matched the value for money.

Good hotel near the highway, clean and with great breakfast option.
We did not realize that we had to pay extra for parking. We feel this is a cash grab, as it’s outside parking. It was listed on the platform, but was in the fine print

Let me start by saying that I Never write reviews however, I was very unhappy when the front desk person informed me that parking on premises was a paid service. To make it fair I am not familiar with the area and I do not if this is a norm around there.

The water in swimming pool was dirty and milky, my daughter’s eyes got infected with redness and pain after our visit! According to my credit card records, Hyatt charged me twice after Expedia charged me the same amount of money!!!! It’s horrible!!!!!

We arrived Saturday, was busy and pol dirty, sims like was some group that was there and ... The room smell afoul on first floor- had to changed. Sunday pool was much cleaner much much better

loved it we couldnt have our lil frige inside the pool area but the manager himself got a table and chair outside the pool gate closer to the pool area still outside but he took in consideration we have small kids so atleast being closer was helpfull love that

You have to pay for parking. My room phone was not working. On top of that things in the room was already broken. When trying to talk to the receptionist on the phone and in person was rude.

Nice hotel in quiet setting. Nice outdoor pool and courtyard. Premium bedding and full kitchen. Breakfast had many choices and was well managed by staff. Parking was an extra charge and front desk was helpful with everything needed.

We checked in at 10pm after a long day of flying just to get a few hours of sleep before driving home. There was trash in the hallways and it smelled but once we got to our room there were dead bugs on the kitchen and bathroom tile. There were probably bugs on the carpet as well that we couldn’t see. There was no soap in the bathroom and the front desk made me come get it even though there were two people working and someone on housekeeping. They clearly could care less about the guest experience. We could overlook the party going on in the lobby and the people hanging out in the dark parking lot but the condition of the room was absolutely disgusting.

Average hotel. Draw in was breakfast and outdoor pool. the near by “strip mall” like businesses for last minute coffee drives and pizza was helpful. Appreciated the book nook for children and adults a like. Staff wasn’t too friendly or accesible. One staff member during breakfast was a sweetheart she seemed to be Latina didn’t catch her name. She was attentive and helpful. Charging for parking in a pretty desolate area is unwarranted.

If you have other options, go there. This property needs some renovating to bring it back to life, and management could to lead their team to higher standards of cleanliness. Upon walking up to the entrance there were a lot of cigarette butts on the ground. The floors in the elevator were dirty as well as the third floor when we got off the elevator. Our room was dark and just felt run down. There were dark red stains on the carpet, the bathroom door would not close, and then when we walk out of our room the next morning, there are trash cans under a leak in the roof.
I have little kids and am very disappointed in the condition of this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone unless it’s the only choice.

Lovely property, enjoyed our stay the pluses are large rooms friendly service the staff seems to work hard and are kind and helpful
Cons are the 18.00 a night to park in the parking lot. Crazy for this is not an inner city property. Lots of land I probably would not recommend. The hotel down the street is even more beautiful and a better value.

The room hygiene was upto the mark. There was a used bandage in the bathroom, the coffee mugs were stained and not properly clean. There were a couple of spiders on the bed.

Some people were making a bbq and where very noisy/ loud and disturbing people in the pool

Would definitely stay here again. Enjoyed the room, breakfast, fitness center and the staff was friendly and helpful.
