Loved the resort, the staff were great, gave us Bikes to cycle around the island and fulfilled any requests.

Booking.com didn’t notify us of the additional resort fee and just deducted the amount from my card, when I tried to contact booking.com, they took no accountability, in future I would book directly with the resort.

Vending machines close at 10pm The rooms are small very boxed in. We had an issue with our toilet over flooding. Couldn't find anyone to help there was a sign at front desk stating if we needed any help or service we would have to wait til 8am. It was 5am when we went and they showed up at 845am.

Unfortunately, the hot tub was not operational much of the time we were there. The elevator was not working for a couple of days.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby had personality and the rooms were well equipped. Loved that they offered bikes for the guests.

So noisy! My window on the first floor overlooked Orange and I had to sleep with AirPods listening to white noise because there is loud traffic ALL hours of the night. The room also doesn’t have air conditioning which is fine but air conditioning is about just that… conditioning the air (not just cooling). The room felt stuffy and closed up the whole time I was there because I could not really open a window. The gym has windows at the floor level. It is odd to have people looking in from above while you are working out. Some privacy clings paper that allows light in but not one to see in would be welcomed. As expensive as this place is, a breakfast should really have been provided. Glorietta Bay next door is absolutely lovely and provides a lovely breakfast for their guests.
