The room was ready and available for early check in, I was traveling with my family so it worked out excellent for them to have somewhere to relax after our 7 hour journey from Tennessee

Close to the interstate
The bathroom needs renovations, the tub was too high for me to get in and I was scared of falling and the bed was comfortable but it was too high for me being a senior citizen

The rooms at this facility was bad and smells, it's was nothing to like, the people work here was very helpful and wonderful but the rooms needed work no lighting g outside and not enough parking spaces
No Mico waves, breakfast was not offered, but the staff was great and very respectful of the people coming in and out the hotel, our maids did an excellent job and definitely exceeded our expectations, they need a raise thanks

Our room was very clean and the staff was very sweet !!!
What I didn’t like about the property was the false advertising that was on Booking.com website. It stated that there was a indoors pool and the receptionist at the front desk said that they haven’t had a pool for four years now. That was the main reason why I picked this hotel

It’s hard to find a nice, quiet, safe place to stay in Ouachita parish. This place has never disappointed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Entire staff!

The guy at the front deck was rude doing check-in. The room I reserved through booking.com was not the room I had. For the amount I paid the hotel was not the best.
