All the cabinets in the room was very very dirty. The showerhead leaked every time we showed

Management made accommodations for my grandkids and me to swim early each morning before we adventure out into the city. Housekeeping was so polite and helpful. We planned on going back for Christmas shopping.
The BBQ restaurant didn't stay open after 4pm on Saturday.

Hotel was fine.Cant say that for the subway behind it.Terribly slow.Not friendly at all.I waited ten minutes and no one even acknowledged me.

no breakfast was provided the bed were very uncomfortable. my Daughter came on her period and they charged extra to wash the sheets.

I liked how close it was to food!
The hot water DID NOT work. We called down to the desk and the gentleman said to call in the morning. We stayed the night because we were tired and fresh off the road. We called the next morning and because we stayed the night we couldn’t get a refund. They didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience which is sad. Who would have a good night or experience if you can’t even get clean?
