Breakfast was outstanding-such a variety offered-grandkids loved making their own waffles-such a treat!

The hotel was clean, and it was close to everything.
AC wasn't working and the TV wasn't working.

It was in a good location! near a gas station, a Sam’s and close to the mall and also a few good restaurants. Also my view was perfect, especially with the sunsets. My room was beautiful and clean. And all of the front desk receptionists were amazing. It’s the best option (in my opinion) for a mini getaway.
the only complaint I have is that I felt like the housekeeping staff wasn’t very accommodating, they didn’t come to make my bed or give me fresh towels. I also asked them to change the sheets but they never did.

Condition was good, nice checkin & out. Breakfast was well stocked & maintained and attendant was nice.
There was some late nite noise/music coming from somewhere. We were on upper floor, not sure if down the hall or downstairs or outside. It was muted inside the room, but still disturbing.

Denice was very nice and welcoming. Hotel is well located, next to the highway and 5 minutes from Monroe airport.

The property was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly.
The breakfast was lacking. Eggs were too rubbery to eat, the juice machine was out of order with no other juice offered, and there was no milk, until after my family had eaten, for coffee, tea, or cereal. There weren’t even packaged creamers for coffee and tea.

Room we booked on 4th floor had terrible loud noise most of night, maybe from equipment on the roof? Staff checked it out but had no solution so made for a rough night

it was a horrible experience. very very rude staff. long story short they were so rude we packed up and went to Home2Suites and they were excellent. Denice and her staff just laugh at their guests when they become upset and when you ask them why they laugh their answer is because they don’t want to be condescending. what? Not a professional staff at all. If you want to be disrespected stay here or go to someone who will take care of you. this place did not.

Everyone was friendly and the rooms are huge, and very clean.
The room felt wet. The carpet made my socks damp :-(
