Great location, near the highways. Friendly staff with a nice bistro/bar eating area in the lobby. Starbucks too if you're in the mood. Swimming pool area is well maintained along with the jacuzzi. The entire interior was incredibly clean with no equipment out of order that we could see, the smells were kind, and any guest interaction was pleasant. Would recommend anytime!

No obvious complaints about anything. If we had to name one thing - the hot tub wasn't quite as warm as you'd expect and can't be temp adjusted. Beyond that, all smiles!

Breakfast not included. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable.

A/C unit very noisy as if fan belt needed to be replaced. Too late to move, we were tired from driving all day. Received a handicap accessible room which we did not request, and no hair dryer.

Everything was very up to date, excellent customer service from every employee. The bar and food was excellent as well. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub area. We had a very nice stay.

The room could have been a little bigger but overall it was enough space for a short visit. The pull out couch was a little uncomfortable.

Outdated shower; no coffee available except during breakfast hours; restaurant was overpriced and very poor quality food. Free continental breakfast would have been nice touch for cost of room. No listing of any hotel amenities in room (for example, I had no idea what restaurant hours were; no WiFi password provided; no listing of local restaurants that would deliver; no idea what pool/exercise room times of availability). Pool towels were very thin, small, poor quality (most likely purchased at local discount/thrift store).

Everyone was very sweet and accommodating, but what I loved most was the gentleman that checked me in gave me a room near the pool and exercise room and on the first floor for an old lady that meant everything. Rooms were clean. Very accommodating.

I guess I've gotten spoiled by the breakfast buffets and I really do like those. This hotel did not offer that. However, everything else was fantastic so I pretty much overlooked the buffet.

We chose it because of its proximity to the airport. Our room had the cleanest bathroom I’ve ever seen at a hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful.
