Breakfast was just ok. Eggs were runny and not very hot, barely warm.

The rate that I booked through booking.com was not the rate I had to pay once I got there. Disappointed the pool was closed.

Room large, bathroom large, very clean, easy access from highway and parking, nice view, quiet despite nearness to airport, well stocked kitchen.

Breakfast was ok. Got more at lower grade hotels. Breakfast area was a little unorganized. Food had to be taken back to room which was ok, but I had to ask for a tray and I had to ask for milk. Milk not available on tables for cereal.

Front desk had problems obtaining decaf coffee packets for machine. Toaster was broken.

I made reservations for 2 adults. My husband had an outpatient surgery scheduled for the next day. We live over a hundred miles away so, drove up the day prior to surgery so we could get some rest. We were put on the 3rd floor directly above the pool. People were in the pool yelling and screaming. No rest!!! Then, when the pool finally did close, the people above us were running around and screaming all night. Total waste of money, no rest at all. So disappointed. Hotel should put adults without kids in different section of the hotel.

The facility was very clean and front desk staff were very courteous and helpful. They took my phone calls promptly and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. They made my stay most pleasant even after I called back to ask about a lost item.

I sincerely cannot complain about anything at your facility.

This beautifully equipped suite was a wonderful way to stay two nights amid a long journey. The staff was impeccable and customer friendly. I strongly recommend this site.

The kitchen table is tiny and very unstable.
