The hotel was really nice, clean, and easy to access. I wish I had time for breakfast but I woke up late and couldn't get any... But it smelled good!!
When I walked in to get my key after my husband already checked in, there was no one at the desk. I waited for a couple of minutes and looked for a bell or something to advise someone I was there, but nothing. So I just walked in and went to the elevators and to the room. That was a little disappointing that there was no one around to greet me or to kind of see who was coming in... Just saying... That's the reason I gave it 9 starts and not 10.

how loud it was...I couldn't sleep due to noise. Also the TV should be moved so you can watch it in bed.

It was clean, the bed was comfortable and breakfast was pretty good for hotel food.
It’s located right by the airport, so you do hear the UPS planes coming in.

I don’t have a cell phone and the pay phone at the airport didn’t work, so I had to get a stranger to phone the hotel for me to order the shuttle.

The bed wasn’t comfortable at all. The hotel was kind of noisy.

When we checked in the receptionist was very sweet. Very nice lady, she was the best part of the stay.
In the courtyard there were people using drugs and drinking and we were VERY uncomfortable. It was a rough night for us. We were unable to use the pool, that is one of the reasons we stopped there, there were kids running everywhere. The coffee in the morning was full of grinds, the eggs were inedible. We were unfamiliar with the area, when you stay anywhere with Hilton attached to the name, you expect a bit more.

Disappointed when it says buffet breakfast. Basically eggs, sausage, toast, small frozen waffle.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and super helpful. All the staff was great.
Was able to watch Kentucky Kingdom Fireworks from our room.

one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. all staff was friendly that we came in contact with. breakfast was good.

very nice, clean property. room was spacious and we didn’t feel crowded with our 3 kids. staff was polite. extra sheets and blanket/extra towels already in the room so we didn’t have to call for any. 10/10!
