Good menu! Glad there was a Peloton available. Bed was very comfy.
Food service was very slow. Some gym equipment needed servicing. No toiletries other than soap.

Location
Room smelled like stale cigarettes, peeling wallpaper, pull out stained and uncomfortable. I had previously paid and been charged for the room but when I checked in they said it was not, I had to pull up email and talk to staff to leave message for manager to call me to refund me the double charge which has yet to happen.

There was no continental breakfast which I like, I shouldnt have to pay for s breakfast.. our used towels and garbage we left outside our door was there for two days!! Not picked up.

The location was great but this hotel and room was not what I originally booked.
The amenities where not the same, no breakfast, my room was supposed to be a King with sofa and I was given the keys to a handicap room. I was also disappointed that there was no hot tub.

The hotel was situated in a great area with shopping and dining with in walking distances and not noisy.
The room was never cleaned while I stayed there. I understand Covid but I have stayed in other hotels recently and they still perform room service in the mornings. I never got new towels even after I requested for some. I ended up buying towels myself.

The location is great to access shopping and get on highway. the property itself was not well Maintance’s. garbage everywhere around the parking lot. courtyard area is not Maintained very well
the lobby area by the computer desks was flooded the whole time or water was coming in floors were wet. the pool is ridiculously dirty and small. not worth a swim in it. disappointed is an understatement. the lobby was ice cold however the rest of the floors were so hot and muggy. had a horrible moldy smell

the room could use updated. the comforter had blood on it. complimentary coffee in the room but nothing special. this hotel did not offer a complimentary breakfast.
