They had complimentary lemon water…

My mom recently had a stroke and I hadn’t slept in days. I just needed a good nights sleep.. when I walked in I didn’t think it looked too bad and then I opened the windows… I shouldn’t have done that. EVERYTHING came to light. I was frighted by the dirtiness. The top bed cover was filled with DOG hair. Finger prints, dust and grime on everything. I grabbed a wet rag with a little bit of hand soap to wipe things down before I felt comfortable to set my things down.. I pulled the top comforter off the bed hoping that would make me feel better, but then looking at the pillows they also had hair but it was human hair on the pillows. I thought about just asking for new sheets.. the remote was lagging. I just felt SO uncomfortable I had to just go ask for a refund to go elsewhere. I’m not one to complain and felt extremely bad I was almost in tears asking for a refund and I’m 100% I apologized more than they did. The clerk up front just gave me a funny look when I told her, she got the manager which did say he was sorry but that they are a pet free hotel. I made sure to take pictures in case they didn’t believe but I’m 100% positive that was dog hair. Take a look at it yourself… I went to Hyatt down the road & was SO relieved. I did not regret my decision one bit. I think this best western has potential but they DEFINITELY need to step it up in the cleaning area.

The cable was not working for a while and I asked to switch rooms and then in the second room the sofa bed was broken so I didn't want to get another room because of me being a bother to the staff

The bed was very Comfortable.

Toilet weren't clean ( had a ring stain). And we had problems with heater in a cold night. To solve the problem the clerk offered an extra blankets!!!! I said that I need a warm room not extra blankets.

Electric car charger available though not advertised.

Staff not attentive to the food bar over the weekend. Had to request milk two mornings in a row. No attendant was providing coverage for the food bar. The attendant where you check in had to provide dual coverage. Not good

It was extremely close to my conference! The view from outside the hotel was amazing! Breakfast was amazing every morning!

The bed I stayed in had a stain on the sheets. There wasn’t any daily cleaning staff. The soap and shampoos were tiny.

our room smelled horrible. couch was wet when we got there looks like they were trying to clean off stains. there was so much light switch to turn on the lamps but only some would turn on . NO RUNNING WATER IN THE BATHROOM SINK!!! You had to go the kitchen (in your room) to wash or brush your teeth!

The staff was amazing, super helpful and nice to us at all times. They were very accommodating and helped us with all our questions. The breakfast was great, the rooms had tons of space and were super quiet which is always a plus.

The bathroom sink was cracked and the tub faucet dripping all the time as well as peeling. Also, having a jacuzzi is a great amenity and we loved it but, unfortunately, it was not working properly and the bottom of the pool and jacuzzi looked like it could use some deep cleaning.
