I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the room and the amenities in the room, such as a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, etc. The hotel was quiet.

The hotel is a bit hard to get to because of the roads and traffic in Tallahassee.

Everything is VERY good, and we had no problems nor complaints.

Breakfast was hot and cold that met individual taste, food was good and delicious. The staff were excellent and professional. The location was ideal and convenient. I will be returning in July to stay another 7 days. My family loved the indoor pool, courtyard with grill, tables, chairs, outdoor heater, basketball court and other fun activities. Also an exercise room. The property was clean and well kept!

The air conditioner systems could be quieter but after awhile you get use to it and adjust to it.

We found a used soap bar in the shower, a trash can with a dark liquid, and the main problem was it smelled like a wet dog...I do not like to stay in "pet" friendly hotels because of the smell and irritation to my sinuses...bookings.com had this hotel listed as "no pets allowed"...by the way , if you allow pets get rid of the carpets and cloth furniture, it just keeps the odors and the hairs around for the next client.
