I didn’t like how challenging it was to get on the WiFi. I had to use my personal hotspot to connect. It should be easier.

I had not stayed in a TownePlace Suites before. The size of the suite and the amenities provided were a delightful surprise! The staff was very helpful. The room was quiet - not much road noise as in places closer to the Interstate. The price was reasonable. We would stay here again when in Tallahassee.

Signage for entrance from the highway could have been better. We loved the idea that there was a couch to sit on (instead of a bed or office chair), but the couch was very hard.

The location was perfect for visiting a friend who lives in that area. The queen bed with 4 pillows was plush and comfortable for my wife and I although I prefer a king. The couch was hard as a rock and the back and arms were small so overall the couch was a no-go for me. The kitchen looked nice, but we didn't use it except to make coffee. Everything was clean. We did not do the breakfast (although it was included) as we had a breakfast meeting with our friend. Check in and check out were fast and smooth. Staff was very friendly.

The sleeper sofa was not comfortable to sit in. Hard as a rock. Signage could be better.

Suite was much larger than I expected And included a full kitchen! (I usually stay in hotel rooms) Bed was blissfully comfortable. Very clean throughout. Good security.

I hate giving bad reviews but unfortunately, the first room we were given was disgusting. It had dirty dishes in cabinet, the microwave was dirty, the floor was not vacuumed, and it smelled like urine. The worst of all was that there were roaches!!! Even on the bed frame. It was REALLY gross. I have never had such an experience before. It was late so instead of leaving altogether we requested another room in another building. There was only one room available in the same building so we decided to check it out and that room was actually really nice and smelled clean. And NO ROACHES! The lady at the front desk wasn't mean or nice but indifferent which was strange considering. I would expect in such a situation to be offered a refund or at least a discount but neither happened. She did not even apologize. The rooms, if properly cleaned are actually quite nice and the set up is awesome. Halls are old. My experience was very conflicting.
