Beds were comfortable, Extra warm. Blankets are appreciated

Noise from elevators made sleeping difficult Vacuuming outside door early was not appreciated

Location,staff.

Kind of expensive.

Shower drain was plugged. I fixed that with my hand plunger. The bathroom sink was a slow drain. There wasn’t a fan in the bathroom. Other than that it was great.

We had a doctor's appointment early the next morning so we chose this location due to the proximity to the hospital. And we LOVED it! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! We booked through Booking.com and check in was fast and easy. Our Valet attendants were super kind and very helpful! Our kiddos really enjoyed the view from our room (faced front of building) and they loved watching all of the people walking on the street below.

Bed could be more comfortable.

the sauna and hot tub were closed and someone had made a disastrous poo in the mens bathroom in the pool area. and I mean disastrous.

That I was close to where I needed to be.

I was disappointed that I did not receive a call about the hot tub not working and also my coffee maker in the room had mold in it and could see was not cleaned or looked at for a while. I also paid for parking when it was free in all the ramps that weekend. The front desk should know that.

Staff was friendly and helpful.

no microwave in the room; we had to ask for it. It was promptly delivered, but then another tip. The restaurant was not available Friday evening when we arrived. They had booked a group. NO wash cloths and 3 hand towels

The breakfast and server were great. Excellent location and quiet.

I made a reservation a month ahead for a king bed room. When I checked in I was told that they had no kings available-had to take a 2 queen bedroom. We had been in our room 5 minutes when a woman walked in & quickly retreated. She said she had this room #326 as a checkout. Not cool to have her walk in. The bathroom by the pool was ABSOLUTELY GROSS!

Breakfast was fabulous with excellent service. The dinner was superb with an excellent wine list and wonderful atmosphere. The hotel's connection to the Mayo Clinic was extremely convenient for our clinical appointments.

The service was excellent all the way around - keep up the good work.

LOCATION IS SUPERB…HAVE STAYED THERE BEFORE. .

THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN; AND I WAS TOLD THEY ONLY CLEAN ROOMS EVERY THIRD DAY. NO DISCLOSURE OF THIS WHEN BOOKING. THÉ THERMOSTAT DID NOT WORK PROPERLY AND THE WINDOWS DO NOT OPEN SO ROOM VERY STUFFY. THE TINY FITNESS FACILITY WAS HOT AND FILTHY WITH LIMITED EQUIPMENT. WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN. MARIOTT HAS REALLY GONE DOWNHILL.

Everyone was super nice. Room was clean. Loved that we could just walk to my appointment at Mayo.

Be up front on how much it will cost for them to park your car for you.

I was there for a surgery at Mayo. There was a basketball team there who were yelling and screaming all night. They put us right next to the pool. We could have at least been across the hall. We reserved a king which was not available. They did end up moving us to a nice room on the 8th floor with breakfast. The coffee was cold and no food left. There was no maid service. We later found out you had to ask for it. The maids were very nice once we figured that out. The location is what we liked most. Closest hotel to Mayo

Food in the lounge was disappointing. We went during the open hours and the coffee was closed and there was no food left. I wish we had been told that you have ask to have your room made up. Also the basketball teams should have been grouped together so they didnt have to run the halls banging on doors all night. I get kids want to use so pool so them near the pool and put other guests away from that. They were literally right outside our door
