A nice hotel about a 10 minute walk from the Mayo Clinic.
Free breakfast would have been nice. Or maybe coffee in the lobby.

Modern decor. Staff quickly repaired the hot water.

Second floor lobby was a bit confusing and parking was expensive.

Left a toothbrush behind and called in to report it. I had to make a reservation going ahead before the register, the actual finding of the toothbrush memo to all the help as one of these electric $80 toothbrushes you know how that goes. Anyway, I think it’s a poor way to treat past customers and future clients should be great. Glad to see you’ll look into it and move from there if that’s a policy it’s a dumb one.

Did not have breakfast. Did have dinner and drinks at Crave.
Was not my favorite hotel but having Grave onsite was a big bonus to me.
I did not like how dark and dingy the decorating was. Opening the elevator and seeing dark walls and dark carpet was a negative for me. Almost spooky.
Also prefer seperate toilet area and sink area outside.

I appreciated being able to get around downtown through skyway and subway. The Crave restaurant/bar in the lobby was a nice night cap after being out for the evening. I would stay here again.
The room was on the small side for 3 adults. I did not like the barn door style on the bathroom. There was not a lot of privacy in the bathroom.

The room was very clean and had plenty of space. We were provided an early check-in and late check-out. The connection to all of downtown Rochester and Mayo via the Skyway was great. There are several very good restaurants within a block of the Hotel (Terza, Bleu Duck). Parking (while not free) was convenient.
There was no microwave in the room. There was no free parking, no free breakfast. I'd have preferred to pay a little more to have these included. Others may appreciate that they're not. Just be sure to add the cost of these to the base room price if you're comparing this property to others that include them.

that they kept forgetting to clean my room even though I requested they do so through their process. also wasn’t thrilled the front desk staff didn’t switch credit card being charged like requested numerous times

Could not cancel.. My mistake was the wrong hotel selected from the app. When I called the front desk the woman asked me a few questions, then hung up without providing assistance in canceling.

Receptionist had a wrinkled non- professional looking uniform on. Messed up parking but corrected it.
