It was quite and clean

The underground parking and the location. That is all that was ok with the visit. They do have a shuttle however it was not available at the time I needed.

The WiFi did not work. The toilet was clogged and we did not get someone in to fix prior to me leaving for surgery. Our surgery was too early for the shuttle. The breakfast was pulled down prior to the 11am stop. By 5-10 mins early. The pool was closed. The elevator was being repaired at departure and delayed us leaving.

Our room was a great size for our family, even had a sleeper sofa which I wasn't aware of so no one had to sleep on an air mattress. In previous hotels no one came in for turn down, so again we weren't expecting it and it was nice! Breakfast was great and staff were very friendly.

The only disappointment during our stay was that the pool was closed for maintenance. We don't stay in hotels often, so when we do we make sure there is a pool for our kids to enjoy. Sadly, we weren't able to this time.

The trip was a medical one, to Mayo - StMary's. This hotel is perfectly located nearby, and has a shuttle that connects nicely to all parts of Mayo.

Some breakfast hot items were not high quality, but there were plenty of options available.

Friendliness & willingness to go above & beyond. shuttle to Mayo very helpful. Beds & Pillows soft & comfy. Eating places & mini mall close by.

Could use better signage to find. went by it the first time then try & get turned around on busy highway.

The location is perfect Daughter in St Mary’s Hospital and I was able to walk there They also had a shuttle service when we had to go to the Mayo Clinic I was able to park my car without fees

I was very happy staying there and would highly recommend

The breakfast needs to improve. There was fruit, yogurt or eggs. Taste wasn’t good.

Super comfy pillows! My room was clean & breakfast was lovely.

Full box of tissue in the bathroom would be nice, as well as more than one roll of toilet paper

Room was clean. Coffee available. Shuttle was great! Located close to multiple restaurants.

Last night there were guests next to me that left their dog in the room and the dog barked non stop for 2.5 hrs when they left the room.
