Toilet didn’t work, ruined the stay!!!

Location was good.

Front desk staff didn't keep my name private when people were trying to reach me. My privacy was violated. Over priced drink and food items. Clean towels left outside my door all day and night.

Breakfast was good. We were lucky to get there before everyone else. Only two people were working.

Great central location to all the wineries. Cute little downtown area. Close to restaurants and freeway.

I didn’t like that there was not a complimentary coffee and water station. It’s very nice to be able to get some water or make a hot tea, maybe some coffee. I don’t want to have to pay $3 for a coffee or $6 for a water bottle.

The property had a new feel to it. The room was very comfortable. Though we arrived at 12:30am, there was a pleasant staff member there to greet us and check us in. It is located in the very charming historic downtown area of Santa Rosa.

Been here before and will conitnue to choose this hotel. Not only is it a beautiful, cozy hotel...the staff are awesome. Tess at the front desk is always bubbly and very helpful....as well as the other staff. A plus for us was having a MICROWAVE in the room👍👍👍

The hotel overall was OK. Did not have breakfast. The smoke smell within the room I was assigned ruined my stay. See the next part.

I cannot stand to be around people cigarette or any other kind of smoking nor can I tolerate an area/room that smells of such awful odor. Upon arriving at the hotel, I requested a non-smoking room. The attendant mentioned that all the hotel rooms were non-smoking. I was happy to hear that and received a key/card to Room 529. The room that was infested with cigarette smoke. The attendant asked another staff member to check the room and confirm. The confirmation was made and I was assigned another room. Note, that the exchange of room including transferring my luggage from room to room was a hardship as I am a senior citizen with health issues. I expect a full refund for the room for my efforts. The hotel management staff, must perform a quality control/quality assurance for each and every room once vacated by a guest to determine suitability for the next guest.
