This hotel was horrible 😫 as soon as I checked on .I checked out I couldn't even sit on the bed it was just disgusting.

Everything period was nasty the nastiest hotel I have ever seen.

The location

I had little black ants all over the bathroom floor and the sink area. I spoke with the check out clerk regarding the ants issue for a partial refund and have not yet been contacted. I feel that the ants need to be taken care of immediately.

Avoid.

Booked a night for my husband while traveling through Seattle. No wifi. Bed was dirty, slept in his clothing. Room was dirty. Bathroom was filthy: dirty toilet, a penny, clipped toenail & fake fingernail on the floor along with mixed hair. No warm water for a shower. AC wasn't working. Sleeping in the car would have been the far better option. Staff was dodgy and not worth speaking about regarding the accommodation.

Everything was really good.

The only thing I could say is the breakfast was very limited.

It was closer to the appointment I had it.

The room was dirty. They didn't Bother to clean it. There was a fork under the desk. The Mirror was dirty. Bed had it a lot of dust and hair on it. In the nightstand there was a straw.

I didnt like anything about my stay.

It had flees. There was barely any breakfast, the front desk woke us up at 6:30 am by banging on the door and came back again saying we werent suppose to be there. It smelled like urine and cigarettes. The rooms were dirty. The sink had hair in it. The bathtub was dirty. People playing loud music, finally went to sleep around 2 am. The ice was in a cooler at the front desk. Just a horrible experience. I have pictures of everything. People coming in the hallways that didnt have rooms. People in the parking lots asking for cigarettes and change.

No hot water, used towels not picked up from past guests, Staines around bath tub & customer service was horrible. Asked about the hot water situation and was told they would come to my room after dealing with a customer at reception. 10 minutes later and still no one came. Not worth $100 per night at all. Might as well have stayed in a Motel 6!!

Bad customer service’ the young African American guy had bad attitude and bad customer service and they charge me extra 100$ and they didn’t give me back because of I check out after 5 minutes and they charge me 100$

Nothing better at that hotel dirty room and bad customer service’ I wouldn’t stay another night and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone
