I love the cleanliness of the room and facilities. The staff always exceeds my expectations of hospitality. The rooms are large and if you get a two-room villa you also get two pullout couches since it is a grand villa and standard with an adjoining door. The Drinks at the Mirage Pool were great and the lifeguard staff at the Ironwood Pool were great.

The Mirage Pool waterslide was down for maintenance the entire time of our stay Thurs-Sunday and that made the Ironwood pool extremely crowded. I would have been ok with just going to the Mirage Pool and not having the slide had the shuttles ran as expected. When we checked in we were told they ran every 10 minutes, that was not the case we waited 15+ each time in the heat or ended up texting the front desk for them to send one. I would have rated the facilities a 10 if the shuttle ran as expected.

I loved the properties apartment style living. Being able to travle but feel as i am at home was one of the best experiences I’ve had. I also really enjoyed the pools, although mirage was closed we still enjoyed they others to choose from.

I didn’t like how our balcony view was blocked by desert trees. I also didn’t enjoy the closure on pools at the last moment.

I liked that there was a pool close by with a water slide even if it wasn’t the main pool area. Liked the covered parking lot. Close to GC. My favorite was the easy texting if I needed anything and at your service quick shuttle to the course. Best part. AC&fan a +. Staff was the nicest. Kitchenettes are helpful for golfers how compete in tournaments. Equipped with even a washer/dryer. Tee times are early and practice is late. Need breakfast made and sometimes late to eat. Great location

Missing coffee pot and spatula, but they came in 2 min. for anything needed!! So not really an issue. Just a suggestion; a small shelf for a “pantry” area next to the table since there is space, little hooks on the walls to hang the oven mitts or towels. To make it perfect, a restaurant in the Villas (or food service) for the families who want to go out and eat after a long tournament.

Only king beds and sofa beds. Would be nice to have the option for double beds. Sofa bed not very comfortable!

I have had multiple charges for this stay and very little answers as to why! I even had a whole charge for the stay 4 days after I have checked out! the Westin has charged my bank account over $2200 in a week for a 2 nigh stay! I have had to send 3 emails proving I prepaid for this stay and I am completely annoyed with this company!!!!

- Price too high for the value. - All pools same depth, not fun for tall adults. - Cleanliness, dusty around certain things. - Older resort, rooms smelled weird when first entering. - Empty shampoo for both us and our friends. - Our room was on the 3rd floor and hvac units being right above us made it impossible to sleep. We had to be moved at 11pm to another room. - No restaurants have to drive off site for just about everything. - Pretty sure we paid a bit more for a pool view than a normal room but when we were relocated due to issues my price remained the same in the end. - check out at 10am

Plenty of pools to choose from (I believe they had 7 at this location). The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Staff was friendly and accommodating during our stay. Rooms were nice and clean. The pool was fun for the kids and enjoyed having a bar at the pool.

When we checked in our room wasn’t ready so we had to wait 2 hrs for it. I asked if I can get another room, they were able to to that and give me credit towards my balance . But then the elevator didn’t work in my building.

It was reasonably priced. Good location.

I could not get a late check out. They have an early check out at 10 am. Since we were playing golf we had to check out at 4:45 am. Not convenient.

Nice property if you have kids.
